Carolinahomeschooling is for those that are homeschooling in North Carolina or those that may be moving here and homeschooling. It is for us to get together and encourage each other, talk about homeschooling in NC, meet others near us, etc.
GIFTSNC is a special place for parents in North Carolina who homeschool one or more children with physical, developmental, medical, communication or learning challenges. GIFTSNC is the place to discuss and exchange ideas regarding: curriculum choices and modifications, medical and therapy issues, providing social opportunities and so much more. GIFTSNC is a place where we can support each other as we work to meet the daily challenges of rearing, guiding and teaching all our children.
The North Carolina Homeschool Loop was created in mid-1997 to provide a means for communication among North Carolina homeschoolers. Members are free to share their ideas, questions and/or concerns relating to homeschooling in North Carolina. Please try to keep in mind that we are a diverse group encompassing many philosophies of life and homeschooling--and compose your postings in a respectful manner. All homeschoolers are welcome.
NC Secular Network focuses on providing information and connections with other secular homeschoolers in NC.
NC Unschoolers is available to support and connect unschoolers in North Carolina.
Piedmont Homeschoolers is offered as a means of disseminating news and information of interest among Piedmont Area homeschool families and among Piedmont Area homeschool groups. Please feel free to post notices of support group events, curriculum for sale, yard sales, classes, activities, park days, library information etc. You are also welcome to request information related to homeschooling and homeschooling resources.
Spice-line is a fully moderated, Christian based loop, which, for 6 years, has provided information and encouragement to homeschooling families in the Triangle area and surrounding counties of NC.
Wake HS Connections is a secular online community of homeschoolers interested in sharing information about activities and resources that might be of interest to other homeschoolers in Wake County, NC.
